Return and Refund Policy

If you changed your mind and decide an item is not right for you no worries, I am happy to offer you a refund.
Please email me at Jewellery@charlotteeatock.co.uk and I will share the return details with you.
You can expect your refund within 30 working days once I get the item back, but keep in mind that the postage cost will be taken out of your refund.
Returning the item is your responsibility. I recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely, as I cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the post.
All items must be returned within 14 days, be unworn and in their original packaging.
