If you have any questions about a particular colour or size of a piece, please ask – I'm always happy to help! 

As a one-woman business, I wear many hats – from designing and making each piece to photographing and more.

I always do my best to represent each piece as accurately as possible however capturing the true beauty and exact shade of every piece in a photograph isn't always easy, and colours can sometimes appear slightly different in reality from online.

If you changed your mind and decide an item is not right for you no worries, I am happy to offer you a refund. Please email me at Jewellery@charlotteeatock.co.uk and I will share the return details with you. You can expect your refund within 30 working days once I get the item back, but keep in mind that the postage cost will be taken out of your refund.

Returning the item is your responsibility. I recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely, as I cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the post.

All items must be returned within 14 days, be unworn and in their original packaging.

All pieces are coated with a protective wax however over time pieces will tarnish. To keep your handmade jewellery looking new, it’s important to treat it with care. Store in a dry airtight location and avoid contact with water and everyday chemical such as lotions and perfumes. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery as this too will encourage tarnishing and can put unnecessary strain on delicate chains.

Brass pieces are prone to tarnish quicker, this can easily be removed by rubbing gently with a micro polishing cloth which you can purchase in my shop.

Concerned by the environmental impact of creating something new. I use recycled metals and recycled ocean plastic. Plastics are sourced from beach cleaning on the Devon and Cornwall coast, and the metals are 100% certified recycled.

If you have a specific date you need an item please do get in touch and I will always do my best to help you out. I work to get your order out as soon as possible but in busy periods it can take 2-3 working days. Commissions or made to order pieces will take longer.
