I am a small one woman business and love to hear from customers. If you are looking for a particular piece of handmade jewellery or have a specific date in mind please do get in touch and I will always do my best to help you out. When an order is placed I work to get your order out as soon as possible but in busy periods it can take 2-3 working days.

All pieces are coated with a protective wax however over time pieces will tarnish. To keep your handmade jewellery looking new, it’s important to treat it with care. Store in a dry airtight location and avoid contact with water and everyday chemical such as lotions and perfumes. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery as this too will encourage tarnishing and can put unnecessary strain on delicate chains.

Brass pieces are prone to tarnish quicker, this can easily be removed by rubbing gently with a micro polishing cloth which you can purchase in my shop.

Concerned by the environmental impact of creating something new, Charlotte Eatock Handmade Jewellery uses recycled metals and recycled ocean plastic. Plastics are sourced from beach cleaning on the Devon and Cornwall coast, and the metals are 100% certified recycled.
